Momentum Continues in Edmark UAE’s 11th Leadership & Team Building Camp

Edmark United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) 11th Leadership and Team Building Camp (LTBC) held from 8 to 10 December 2016 at One to One Hotel, Al Ain unleashed the potential of every Edmarker present, subsequently, to grow into a great leader by their right. This year’s LTBC was irrefutably the biggest crowd ever in the history of Edmark UAE. The event was a blast, amalgamated by different nationalities, united by one common goal.

The 3-day LTBC brought the roof down with immeasurable energy shown by the leaders on its opening barrage, down to the last drop. Every team player impeccably strategized the finest way to score in every component and end the game by coveting the title as Grand Champion. As expected, the efforts and commitment brought them to victory and everyone won.

In addition, Edmark affirmed to double the power and double the learning with two of the most acclaimed trainers; collaborating for the very first time, Coach Dennis Evangelista and Coach Randy Esguerra. The two powerful trainers accentuated that failure is part of the momentum, to never stop and continually do whatever it takes to achieve your dream. In their words, achieving a dream isn’t just a 1-day process, but an expedition that entails focus and determination. The enormous power of motivation and heartfelt messages they had transpired throughout the training transformed the mind set of every Edmarker.

LTBC 2016 in UAE concluded with a big bang. By the end of Day 3, as everyone began their goodbyes, they spoke with a changed paradigm of the Edmark business. The priceless joy, overflowing enthusiasm, and fast-paced momentum transformed them into a better version of themselves.

A leader is someone who is willing to learn and inspire the others. The Founder and Chairman of Edmark Group of Companies, Mr. Sam Low unveiled the successor to this year’s tagline ‘Momentum Continues’ with the theme for 2017, ‘#EDROTY’ standing for Edmark’s Rise of the Young. With the growing generation of millennials, Edmark believes that the future of the world lies in the hands of today’s young people.

In the words of John C. Maxwell, “A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way”. This year, LTBC delegates continually showed just how committed and driven they are towards success through their winning ways:

One of the major highlights of this year’s program was the tour that followed right after the LTBC where delegates checked into one of the most luxurious hotels in the world, Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai. Everyone fortuitously stayed in their majestic rooms, caressed the rush of excitement at the Aquaventure Waterpark, and discovered the underwater world at the Lost Chambers’ Aquarium. After the nights and days of breath-taking sceneries and out-of-this-world experiences at Atlantis, Edmarkers were treated to a tour around the Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world by total area. Pleasure was at its best as Edmarkers checked into the next five-star hotel, Hyatt Regency, Dubai which had the only revolving restaurant atop their structure, treating the Edmark delegation to a heightened view of Dubai from the 25th floor for a sumptuous breakfast.
