Philippines company expands business network

A Philippines based company, Edmark International celebrated its first anniversary expo on 19 March 2016. The company is also reported to have registering a growing network of distributors across the country.

According to Ms Yeoh Ee Ping, Edmark’s Corporate Communications Manager, the company has presented the first ever Edmark expo, a brand new concept of exhibiting the opportunities that the company offers in maintaining health, financial freedom and a means to improve lives.

Edmark International focuses on inspiring healthy lifestyles with a wide range of products that advocate the ‘feel good’ spirit of a company guided by the four pillars of success; gratitude, abundance, love and compassion.

According to a statement by Ping, the company offers an effective range of products that aid
weight loss and products that help to maintain ideal weight. The products are distributed through network marketing by a global family of distributors.

“The Edmark expo is one of the many ways the company seeks to assist independent distributors in their efforts to expand their businesses, be it locally or globally,” said Ping.

It is reported that since 1984, the Edmark group of companies, with its global expansion and multi million, multi faceted business interests, has condensed all this information into a single event, namely the Edmark expo.

At the expo, distributors and guests had the opportunity to learn more about the business, the company’s manufacturing plant, its live demo businesses in the Middle East and the Philippines as well as of the company’s latest venture into property development in Nigeria.

“With Zimbabwe being among the fastest growing business ventures, the company has brought the expo to Harare to celebrate Edmark’s 1st anniversary in the country. There were  countless activities and promotions for distributors and guests in Zimbabwe,” advised Ping.

It is understood by this reporter that Edmark’s local branch was officially opened in February 2015. The growing demand for their products is said to have gained the attention of  management and business development teams. It is also reported that an increasing number of consumers and distributors purchased products and registered their distributorship in Zambia and South Africa.

Ping reported that since the company’s entry, it has germinated into a hub for a growing market of Edmark consumers and distributors in the country from Bulawayo and Mutare as well as in nearby countries like Malawi.

As of 2016, Edmark is reported to have branches in 27 countries around the world with17 of them being in Africa and the latest being Zimbabwe.  As Edmark Zimbabwe continues to expand it is also said to be focusing its efforts in serving a fast growing network of distributors with over 2000 active independent distributors across the country.

Edmark’s range of products, especially the ‘power 4′ healthy and swimming products are a big hit across the country giving people the chance to regain and reclaim their health through weight loss.”
