Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.
- Henry Ford

Last July 8, 9 and 10, 2010, Edmark Philippnes held its 7th Leadership and Team Building Camp with the theme “United Cities, Unlimited Possibilities”. The Master Trainer, Mr. Dennis Evangelista did it again with power-packed activities and heartwarming messages. The event’s venue was in Canyon Cove Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas. More than 400 active Distributors joined this year’s LTBC. The program was hosted by Ms. Stephanie Eslava one of the Marketing Staff of HQ Cubao.

The event was a huge success. Edmarkers from different parts of the world like the Middle East and Africa came and joined this big event. Edmark Philippines being the host country of the said event really did a good job in organizing it. The positive energy vibrated in the four corners of the Hall! Special guests such as Mr. Gilbert Yeoh, Edmark Industries’ General Manager & family and Mr. Sam Low, CEO & Chairman, together with his wife, Ms. Karen Low and son Yee Ming Low were present in the Event.

Ten teams competed with each other. They were the Blue, Pink, Yellow, Brown, Maroon, Peach, Red, Orange, Violet and Green, which were composed of more or less 40 participants each team. From day 1 until day 3, the spirit kept on rising! Ms. Karen Low, Edmark International Managing Director even conducted a qigong on the morning of the second day to cultivate energy.

Since the theme focused on UNITY, each team definitely showed how unity could be a vital ingredient in achieving success. The scorching sun never became a hindrance as everyone participated in the outdoor activities. During the Talent’s Night, a version of the America’s Got Talent TV Show was done. Each team showcased their talents, while Ms. Cherry Urquia, Mr. Dennis Evangelista and Mr. Gilbert Yeoh posed as copycats of Paula Abdul, Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell, respectively, and unleashed humorous comments on the team’s performances. Mr. and Ms. Masquerade were also announced later that night.

Empowering testimonies were shared during the final day. The inspiration would surely make everyone to be up of his/her feet and become even more successful in the Edmark business.

CEO and Chairman, Mr. Sam Low was so overwhelmed. He was grateful to those who attended the LTBC. He was indeed determined to propagate the mission of helping others to succeed.

The LTBC Rally formally started with the Sales & Marketing Manager, Ms. Nilda Dela Fuente’s opening remarks. The Event was hosted by two dynamic Marketing Eagles, Mr. Melvin Niegas and Ms. Stephanie Eslava. Distributors danced to the max and eagerly joined the fun games facilitated by Mr. Lao Medina and Ms. Annie Berci.

The highlight of the Event was when President Joey Urquia sighted the reasons why this LTBC should not be missed. He clearly stated that this is the time where Distributors can bond with fellow Edmarkers. This is also the time where camaraderie is built and where team effort is exercised. The upcoming LTBC will bring out the potential of every Distributor who will attend the Event. Pres. Joey also told everyone that this is the most powerful seminar in the Edmark Education System.

DCM Patience Demordzie & CM John Addo gave their testimony about their own version during the LTBC Philippines, Dubai & MALAYSIA TRIP, via recorded VIDEO before they leave Cote d’Ivoire. The message was all about inviting all the Ivoirians to take part of this big event. It is truly a worth experience. As  RM Arman Pajota (Filipino)  shared  his experiences about the LTBC  people begun to cheer  up, he even gave LTBC its own meaning.  L-Learn  T-Team Work  B-Bonding C-Caring Heart which all of them understood what LTBC all about and is applicable to their network.

the champs

After all the fun they’d now realized the team work under gentle pressure, unity, strategy, patience and even understanding ones team mate and as well as  boosting  their morale, discover their leadership, reminiscing college days, collaborations, team awareness and a lot more…

But this is just a taste, there’s a lot more to learn during the REAL LTBC.

What’s important is that they are more aware about the “Leadership & Team Building Camp” and they can always apply the L-T-B-C.

Now they are aiming high and looking forward to face the challenge of the LTBC.

EDMARK Cote d’Ivoire  Oohhh Oui!!
