Edmark Phils. Gen. Manager Ms. Lynden C. Valdez started the second day with her presentation of the Franchises and Branches Sales Performances. After which, Crown Manager Danilo Laping presented the re-branding of the Edmark Education System as well as on how to successfully implement each event.
Dynamic speaker and motivator, Mr. Dennis Evangelista followed, focusing on the things that we need to do beyond the EES, the costumer service.
Our ever understanding President, Mr. Joey Urquia reiterated to our franchisees the need of effective EES implementation, reminded them of their pledge when they signed up as our company’s business partners. Also, he uplifted their spirits and really motivated them to accept challenges and there, the commitment was made for everyone to hit their new target sales and sign ups per month.
Challenged and totally motivated, this was the overwhelming feelings that everyone felt after the motivational talk of Mr. Dennis Evangelista. And when Ms. Lynden Valdez distributed the certificates for those who have attended, as well as for those who have showed excellence, everybody were in high energy and were really in high spirits as they accepted it. Top 5 Million Mark Sales Achievers were GenSan, Makati, Naga, Alabang and Pasay. Naga Franchise was given a special recognition for consistently achieving the million sales for January to December 2008.
Conclusion of the summit were the testimonies of some franchise owners, Mr. Abraham Dolojo of GenSan, Ms. Tess Bañez of Tacloban, Ms. Edna Agustin of Antipolo and Ms. Emy Carpo of Naga, sharing to the group the things that they’ve gained thru this first ever franchise summit. A sumptuous buffet dinner followed. Everybody parted ways with a cheerful heart and with highly motivated spirits!!!
