Edmark Accra had another cause to celebrate on the 27^th of August. This time, it was on the occasion of the recognition of our beloved SCM Abanquah Asare, popularly called ‘Father Edmark Ghana’. The event, which was well-attended, came off at the plush Kama Conference Centre. The venue, which was synonymous with big events in Accra, stood still as the ever outstanding Edmarkers shook the whole place for over 3hrs.

Dressed in their system uniforms, the Crown Council members were ushered to their seats and stool at fool attention whilst the Ghana National Anthem was played.

In his welcome remarks, CM Christian Tetteh said Edmark was a place where hard work would forever be recognized. He acknowledged the presence of all distributors present and promised them that in due time, they too would reach the top. He said it was his hope and believe that Edmark would touch the lives of all Ghanaians and Africans at large. He finally congratulated SCM Abanquah and the wife for having the vision and working hard to make it a reality. CM Tetteh believed the event should be a source of inspiration for all present to work hard towards any goal set.

Guest speaker for the occasion, DCM Patience Demordzie explained the importance of being a Crown Manager. She said becoming a Crown placed one within an elite group and provided you with the opportunity to maximize the 71% great bonuses provided by Edmark. Becoming Crown, she further explained afforded one the financial freedom that needed to lead a more fruitful and fulfilling life.

She therefore advised the audience to take a cue from the new SCMs’ and remain committed to their business. DCM Demordzie said it was important that people realized the unique opportunity provided by the company and should never miss the chance to grab it.

Dressed in their Ghanaian Dress, the selected STP Speakers together with Ms. Beatrice(P4 Instructress) and the selected Mktg. Staff presented an electrifying Dance Number as a gift to SCM Mr. & Mrs. Abanquah Asare.

The Grand Entrance of the new SCMs’ was very spectacular and a sight to behold. Dressed in their traditional Ghanaian Royal costume, the ‘King’ and ‘Queen’ of Edmark Africa entered the hall amidst drumming, dancing, whistling, shouts of praise and adoration.

The procession to the stage which was expected to last less than a minute defied protocol. For well over 5 minutes, the new SCM’s were treated like gods and it took the intervention of the ever-dynamic marketing staff to pry them away from their fans and finally get them on stage.

Sitting on their ‘thrones’, the ‘King’ and ‘Queen’ were presented with their pins and car keys by the GM of Edmark Ghana, Mr. Hajj Awal after which they were congratulated by members of the Crown Council.

In his speech, SCM Abanquah Asare said he had been overwhelmed and truly humbled by all the love and support showed him. Even though he knew Edmark was always unique, never in his wildest dreams did he expect his recognition to be this special, he revealed. Almost in tears, the new SCM said he felt as though he had finally accomplished what he set out to do but was quick to add that he would not allow the euphoria of the day to blind him because there was more work ahead.

Ha said when he started this business friends and even some family members were against a university graduate venturing into such a field. He recalled the numerous arguments he had with his father because of his decision. But he stood firm and today that vision had become a reality, he now enjoyed what some people still dreamed of, he added.

He therefore advised everybody to work hard to make their dreams a reality. SCM Abanquah said friends who used to discourage him had now become active distributors because of his success story in Edmark. He said Edmark was a unique company with a marketing plan unsurpassed by any MLM company in the country.

The new SCMs’ were later serenaded by marketing eagle Elena Boateng with the song Journey.

In his closing remarks, CM Jacob Kupler who arrived late made a light joke out of the issue when he said he was late because his job was to close the whole event. This sent the whole hall into a state of laughter.

Touching on more serious issues, he explained that the main reason he was late was that he just came out of a meeting with officials of a prominent Bank in the country. They were interested in doing business with him because they were aware of the sizeable amount in his account. This he revealed were bonuses he received from Edmark at the end of every month. Edmark he said was like a wife who was too good to resist and therefore advised all present to stay focused with the company.

The whole event came to an end amidst dancing and merrymaking.

The birth of the company had helped in the realization of peoples dream and most of them had already climbed up to the ladder of success and to one of this achieves was one of the most remarkable event held in Kenya to recognize her as the first emerald manager at 680 Hotel, Kenyatta Avenue, Nairobi Kenya last August 28, 2010.

The occasion was graced with 211 participants, everybody clad in their system uniform, the day was set aside only to celebrate and join the first ever emerald manager in Kenya as she was recognized. It all started with a very powerful dance energizer to set the entire spirits of the people high. After which the host was introduced on stage to empower the event’ in person of Ms. Maame Afful, the entire delegation were glad as Maame welcomed and acknowledged different nationalities who  were present that day.   To bless the occasion was apostle Meshack Mbugwa- SD,who lead the Christian prayer followed by the singing of the Kenya and Philippine national anthem.

For the welcome remarks, Mr. Phillip Lim – General Manager of Edmark Kenya   welcomed and congratulated everyone who had made a remarkable points in the business, he emphasized that Edmark is a company whose goal is to reach out to people’s dreams and help them realize it, and for the slogan of the feel good now which is an empowering way to achieve that goal.

The awarding began with the introduction of the emerald benefits and previleges presentation showcasing the entitlements an emerald manager can get from being promoted to the said position and since it was the recognition of an achiever Edmark as a company paid tribute to the first ever lady in Edmark Kenya who had attain the position of an emerald manager in person of Ms. Ernesta Jalipa – who had achieved her position in just a period of 3 months since she started doing the Edmark business. She was given a spectacular welcome with her downlines and the mate from stp batch 1 family. She was recognized on stage by Mr. Phillip Lim and Mr. Aries Mosaso to award the emerald pin and memorabilia with heartwarming message from her daughters and also from Mr. Joseph Kimani – STP batch 1 who happens to be her downline and as an inspiration he expressed his gratitude to his upline Dr. Kenneth Lumapas- SCM and setting up his goal that before the year ends Edmark Kenya will grant car to one of them, she as well extend her love and prayers for the CEO of Edmark Mr. Sam Low for his undying and untiring love in Kenya thus he have placed so much desire for people in Kenya to really shape up their lives towards a very specific goal which is a life in health , wealth and total well being.. As the program progress the energy even moved to a terrific moment as we were all been entertained, as STP Batch 1 did a Kenyan cultural dance and also followed by the 1^st batch of P4 contestants, definitely it’s a showcasing of edmarkers talents and indeed everybody felt the joy and as we continue to bring about the smiles from everybody’s heart an inspirational message from SCM-Mr. Absalon Gader.

In line with the first emerald recognition was also the awarding of winners of 1^st P4 Slimming and Beauty program contest. The contestants had undergo 4 weeks of diet program and they all actively participated for series of dance exercises and “taeboo” session   - the result of the contest are as follows ( 1^st prize winner ) Ms. Nancy Goe – loss 12.2 kg in 4 weeks , ( 2^nd prize winner ) Jennifer Openda – loss 8.6 kg in 4 weeks and  ( 3^rd prize winner ) Ms. Juliet Kimathi – loss 6 kg in 3 weeks . The awarding had placed so much excitement to the contestants and to the non winners as they take pride to be part of the contest .

Finally , Mr.Emmanuel Acuña – Branch in charge set on stage to dedicatedly congratulate and extend his sincere applause to those who had made the affair so successful . Once again thank you and See you all at the TOP!

Another history has repeated itself in the edmark education system, when edmark Kenya had it’s  first speakers training program batch 1 mini graduation. The program started on the 2^nd of August 2010 and there were 34 confirmed trainees, all were zealous to come out with flying colors. The trainees were really full of energy and joy, which made them do everything with enthusiasm.

The program started with orientation and the presentation of the HLS modules by the very humble but well equipped trainers Aries Mosaso and Maame Afful all marketing executives.

Discipline and order was at its peak when trainers accorded the trainees the due respect and trainees to the trainers. Very soon it was time for trainees to do their presentation; it was so amazing to see the way and manner the first time trainees did their presentation.

Their presentation was very well organized and very informative proving the brainpower of the people of Kenya, but as the saying goes spare the rod and spoil the child so was there molding and corrections.

The trainees accepted their corrections in good faith, and that made them very good and very fast learners for the NDT and MDR presentations as well. Gradually the final week drew new very fast, for the trainers to pick their gold out of the stones, and that fulfilled the reality that to every race there is a winner!!!

Twenty (20) people were qualified, twelve (12) for all modules (HLS, NDT and MDR) and eight (8) for NDT and HLS respectively.

For the reality, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy; it was time to around up the training and it was rounded up with a terrific get together which turn out to be a serve yourself mouth watering dishes.

It was very remarkable and indeed an STP batch one to remember, the curtains was drown down last 26^th of August 2010, and the bliss of the ending drew a lot of people to join the 2^nd batch.

For those who did not pass for the 1^st batch, they were full of joy and eager to join the 2^nd batch, for to them education has no end and failure is just an opportunity to succeed!!!

As it is with edmark it will always award the best and people who bring out the good in them.

TNT/MLT is one of the highest training that the EES is offering to distributors. Sharjah Sales Center catered more than thirty (30) serious distributors on Friday 27^th August for the Train the Trainer and Mentoring Leadership Training with the powerful speakers produced by the Edmark Education System. Crown Erlinda Yusuf discussed Module 1 & 2; Understanding Network Marketing & Selling, Prospecting and Presenting. She ended with a powerful story “Building a Life”:

The Sharjah EES Master trainer, DM Nancy Sanoria discussed the power of Mastering Motivation and Mentoring in building our Network. Self motivation is the first thing we have to master in order to motivate others.

We are very lucky to have our own EES product, the Best Speaker in the Industry, the Edmark top earner, the Idol of every distributor, the multimillionaire DCM Dr. Kenneth Lumapas who agreed to discuss the Mentoring Leadership Training (MLT) as the last part of the event. He inspired all the attendees and shakes all distributors who are taking Edmark business for granted.

The event was supported by his Parents DCM Mr & Mrs Anacleto Lumapas SR. It was also attended by CM Mr. & Mrs Edgar Villiran, CM Gerry Sayat, EM Fatima Maala and other Sharjah Leaders.

Once again the distributors went home with excitement in doing their Edmark Business..
