As a member of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (DSAP), we are pleased to share DSAP’s tip on how to differentiate a legitimate direct selling company from pyramiding using their recommended 8-point Test. According to the DSAP, if the answer to all the questions is YES, the company being evaluated is a legitimate company.

YES. There is no direct correlation between the number of recruits that you have and the compensation that you will receive. You are paid commission when your team of distributors sell Edmark products.

IF RECRUITMENT WERE TO BE STOPPED TODAY, WILL THE PARTICIPANTS STILL MAKE MONEY?

YES. You will continue to earn retail profit and commissions through the sale of Edmark products to customers. Even without any newly recruited distributor, commissions continue for as long as the buying and selling of Edmark products are ongoing.

IS THERE A REASONABLE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?

YES. Edmark practices a 90 days return policy.

DO PRODUCTS HAVE FAIR MARKET VALUE?
